Como medir
De pé e descontraído, passe uma fita métrica pela parte mais larga das ancas ou da barriga, conforme o que for maior. Mantenha a fita horizontal e justa, sem apertar. Meça sobre a roupa interior, não sobre a roupa.
Entre dois tamanhos
Escolha o tamanho maior para uma fralda com adesivos: os adesivos recuperam a folga. Escolha o tamanho menor para uma cueca, que tem de se segurar sozinha na cintura e nas pernas.
